Description:
La Tribu Rural is seeking a warm, collaborative, and dedicated Spanish-speaking Montessori certified Co-Lead Guide to join our Young Children's Community (YCC) serving children ages 18 months to 3 years. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development, respectful caregiving, and creating a nurturing Montessori environment where young children can develop independence, confidence, language, and a love of learning.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker (required) Montessori training and/or Montessori classroom experience (required) Experience working with children ages 18 months to 3 years preferred Deep respect for young children and their natural development Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills Reliable, positive, flexible, and eager to learn Enjoys spending significant time outdoors with children in all seasons and weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day Committed to creating a calm, nurturing, and respectful Montessori environment
