In this energetic role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes designed for a diverse range of ages and skill levels. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire students to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while ensuring a safe and fun environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes. Duties Lead structured gymnastics classes, demonstrating proper techniques and encouraging participation Design age-appropriate lesson plans that promote skill development, safety, and enjoyment Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement Enforce safety protocols, including proper attire, proper use of equipment, and behavior management strategies Assist with setting up and maintaining gym equipment, ensuring a clean and organized space Support students in developing confidence through positive reinforcement and encouragement Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive training environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship Requirements Prior experience in gymnastics instruction and/or commitment to learning Knowledge of gymnastics coaching, experience being a gymnast, active or former Strong background in child development or working with children of various ages Ability to manage behavior effectively and maintain a positive learning environment Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching physical activity Certifications in health clubs or gyms are beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is required Join us if you're passionate about helping others achieve their goals as gymnasts while fostering a safe, energetic atmosphere!
