$16.00-$20.00 per hour About KidStrong KidStrong is a science-based kids training program focused on helping parents raise stronger, smarter, and more confident children. Our structured classes are designed to support the physical, social, and emotional development of kids from walking age through 11 years old. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and positive individuals to join our team as KidStrong Coaches! Position Summary As a KidStrong Coach, you will lead and assist with classes, create a fun and encouraging atmosphere, and help children grow their confidence while staying active and engaged. You'll work alongside a supportive team to provide an outstanding experience for both kids and parents. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach KidStrong classes using our established curriculum Foster a safe, energetic, and engaging environment for children Deliver excellent customer service and communication with parents Assist with class setup, cleanup, and smooth transitions between sessions Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive culture Help ensure all classes operate efficiently and on schedule Qualifications Positive attitude and high energy Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children Availability to work evenings and/or weekends Team-player mentality Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, or fitness Background in athletics, education, or child development Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Bi-weekly pay Schedule Part-time position Evening and weekend availability preferred Why Join KidStrong?
