Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Seasonal Behavior Coach for a pathway to a full-time opportunity to support our yearly events, camps, and lengthy summer camp program at WRTS. This role involves working with both children on the autism spectrum and neurotypical children in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assisting with the implementation of a pre-planned daily camp schedule Supporting children with varying behavioral and developmental needs Facilitating arts and crafts activities, fun and engaging themed games, and structured group activities Encouraging positive peer interaction and social skill development among campers Assisting with summer camp programming and special events throughout the year Helping create a fun, inclusive, and engaging camp environment for all participants Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times Providing support during transitions and daily routines

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (preferred) Experience with autism spectrum or behavioral support (a plus, but not required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability

Position Details:

Seasonal yearly and summer position Opportunity to transition into a full-time role at WRTS or

CABD ABA
