Job Description

Afternoon Youth Program Staff (Part-Time)
Pay:
$12.00-$14.00 per hour (DOE) We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive individual to join our after-school team! If you enjoy working with children and making a difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday:
1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities Build positive relationships with elementary and middle school youth. Plan and lead engaging educational, recreational, and enrichment activities. Provide mentoring and encourage positive behavior through reinforcement and role modeling. Assist with homework support, academic enrichment, career exploration, and life skills activities. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all youth. Work collaboratively with fellow staff to create a fun, engaging, and memorable after-school experience. Qualifications Enjoy working with children and youth. Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to stay active throughout the shift. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment for youth.
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
