Job Description
About us KIdnastics Gymnastics is a small and busy gymnastics school in Lorton, VA. We are family oriented and do our best to give personal attention to each student. Our work environment includes; Safe and FUN work environment Lively atmosphere Supportive and collaborative team Growth opportunities Flexible working hours On-the-job training Kidnastics gymnastics is always looking to hire A+ instructors to our team! If you are enthusiastic, reliable, safety-oriented, and genuinely love kids, we would love to hear from you! Our daily and weekly curriculum is provided, but we also encourage our instructors to infuse their own creativeity and collabortate with other instructors to make classes fun and engaging for our students. As a gymnastics instructor you will be resopnsible for:
- Following lesson plans, but teach to each child's ability level and challenge them to go beyond thier own perceived limitations.
- Teach proper techniques and form for gymnastics skills and progressions on all of our gymnastics equipment including; tumbling, bars, balance beam, vault, tumbl trak, rings, and pommel top.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Ensure the gym area is clean and organized before and after each class
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in gymnastics or related fields such as physical education, sports coaching, cheerleading, or martial arts (judo, karate) is required.
- Experience working with children or students in an instructional setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain a positive and focused learning environment.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to demonstrate proper technique and form for gymnastics skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
