After School Program Coach (Part-Time) TIGER Academy of Martial Arts is looking for a mature, dependable, and energetic individual to join our After School Program team. If you enjoy working with children, creating structure, and making a positive impact, we would love to meet you. At TIGER Academy, we do more than provide after-school care. We help children build confidence, discipline, leadership, and respect in a safe, fun, and structured environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Safely transport students from local schools using a 15-passenger van Supervise and engage elementary-aged students Assist with homework and daily routines Lead games, activities, and character-building exercises Maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment Support Summer Camp activities, field trips, and special events Communicate professionally with students, parents, and team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Mature, responsible, and dependable Experience working with children Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable leading groups of children Strong communication and teamwork skills Punctual and consistent Willing to learn and accept coaching Able to pass a background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van Available Monday through Friday during program hours
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, childcare, education, youth sports, coaching, recreation, or martial arts is a plus. We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, maturity, and work ethic.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
Pay:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

School Year Schedule:
Monday-Friday Approximately 2:00 PM-6:00
PM Summer Camp:
Additional daytime hours may be available.
