This role combines hands-on teaching, supervision, and spiritual leadership throughout the summer camp program. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead daily lessons, activities, and enrichment experiences that reflect Christian values and support campers' academic, social, and spiritual growth. Foster a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere where students feel known, supported, and challenged. Integrate biblical principles into instruction, conversations, and classroom management. Supervise students during all camp activities, ensuring safety, engagement, and positive behavior. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and camp updates. Collaborate with camp staff to organize special events, field trips, and service opportunities. Maintain accurate attendance records and follow all school policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience working with children in educational, ministry, or camp settings. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to lead engaging activities and adapt to a dynamic camp environment. Bachelor's Degree Required Fluent in English
