Evening and weekend availability prefered.

Job Responsibilities:

Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction based on WERQ formats; provides adaptations based on individual needs. Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment. Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members. Ensures the safety of all members and guests. Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible. Utilize our fitness instructor app as an information hub, sub requests, attendance tracking, etc. Work within our class perimeters of in-person, virtual and outdoors Utilize excellent communication skills with members, coworkers and supervisors Complete required facility training programs when necessary

Position Skills and Experience :

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current WERQ Instructor certification required. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred.
