Youll collaborate closely with the Special Education Director and be part of an innovative program, impacting students who benefit from personalized approaches in a contemporary, tech-driven environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active and valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience in virtual, online, or blended learning environments is highly valued Previous work with small caseloads or individualized instruction preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational atmosphere
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and specialized support, implementing IEP goals for each student Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring in an online setting Collaborate with support staff, families, and the Special Education Director for coordinated service delivery Create engaging lesson plans that utilize technology and adapt to students needs Attend meetings as required by the district to review student progress and program effectiveness
