Both positions require a commitment to cultivating a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere while delivering high-quality individualized instruction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education (SPED) Licensure (verification available online) K-6 Certification required for the inclusion position 6-12 Certification accepted for the self-contained roles and inclusion Experience in schools and a passion for helping diverse learners succeed Strong collaboration and classroom management skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet varied student needs
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's strengths and requirements Foster a welcoming and structured learning environment for all pupils Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to ensure student growth Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and state compliance standards Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
