You:
- Run company-provided, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners
- Perform thorough inspections to identify foundation and waterproofing issues
- Present custom solutions and close sales during the appointment
- Build trust quickly and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Maximize each opportunity through upsells, add-ons, and referrals
- Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
- Track activity, performance, and results within our CRM system
