JOB DESCRIPTIONS
TECHNOLOGY TEACHER Qualifications:
Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Bachelor's Degree or higher with an endorsement in elementary or secondary education.
Essential Duties :
Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth. Establish effective rapport with students. Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an educational foundation. Instructs students in the proper use, care and safe handling of equipment. Provides for safe storage and proper use of materials, equipment and tools Use relevant technology to support instruction. Observe, assess, and document student performance as required by law and school policy. Utilize technology to enhance the curriculum including laboratory/hands-on experiences. Maintain the technology inventory in the classroom. Establish positive relationships with parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors.
