Key Qualifications:
Hold active Arkansas certification as a Special Education Teacher Demonstrated experience working with IEPs and implementing individualized instruction Proven ability to manage K-12 caseloads, adapting to varying student needs Strong organizational skills and commitment to timely documentation Excellent communication and collaborative skills with staff, students, and families Flexible approach and willingness to take initiative in classroom management
Role Responsibilities:
