Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing and project-based assessments. Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary units that integrate literacy education, math, science, arts, and physical education tailored for gifted learners. Manage classroom environments effectively to promote positive behavior management and inclusive participation. Provide academic advising and mentorship to support students' social-emotional development and individual interests. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance instruction. Strong creative writing skills for developing engaging lesson content and educational materials. Experience in classroom experience with preschool through high school students in private or specialized school settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and special education practices.
