- Role Overview
- As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with the option to grow.
- What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings
- Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and progress notes
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
- Support skill generalization across environments

- Qualifications & Essential Job Functions
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to
- 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
- Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
- Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
- No prior ABA experience required - we train you

- College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
- Mental health or human services roles
