This is an active, multifaceted position that blends direct animal interaction, client relations, and operational support.

Core Responsibilities Supervision:

Manage and interact with dogs during structured group play to ensure a positive and safe atmosphere.

Safety:

Proactively monitor canine behavior to prevent incidents and maintain a harmonious environment.

Client Services:

Handle check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming; provide exceptional service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Facility Care:

Keep the facility pristine by cleaning kennels and play zones, including executing daily opening and closing sanitation routines.

Health & Wellness:

Manage feeding schedules and accurately administer medications.

Grooming Support:

Assist the grooming department by scheduling appointments and performing basic services (baths, nail trims/grinding, ear cleaning, and gland expression).

Social Media:

Help tell our story by capturing photos and videos of our guests for social media updates.

What We're Looking For Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience handling dogs.

Shift Availability:

MUST be able to work at least a Saturday or Sunday each week

Location:

Candidates must reside within 10 miles of our Anaheim facility.

Adaptability:

Full comfort working with dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Must be OK working with cats as well.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, a self-starting attitude, and a collaborative spirit.

Logistics:

A valid driver's license and consistent, reliable transportation.

Pay:

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
