SLPs, SLPAs, School Psychologists, and Special Ed/Bilingual Teachers in Chino Hills We are excited to announce an opportunity for talented and compassionate professionals in Chino Hills to join our educational team as Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), School Psychologists, and Special Education/Bilingual Teachers. In this collaborative environment, you will be a vital part of our mission to provide exceptional educational support tailored to the unique needs of our diverse student population. Your expertise will not only enhance the capabilities of our students but also contribute significantly to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech, language, and psychological needs. Develop and implement personalized education programs to support students with diverse needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support strategies. Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges. Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions for students requiring psychological support. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Offer training and resources to staff and families on best practices for supporting students with special needs. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions. Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in special education and bilingual education. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Current state licensure or certification in relevant fields (SLP, Psychologist, Special Education). Experience working in educational settings, especially with diverse student populations. Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and special education regulations. Proficiency in bilingual education is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adept in assessing and developing appropriate educational strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Passion for supporting and advocating for students with unique challenges. Familiarity with assistive technologies and resources for special education.
