INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION
The Role:
As Consumer Care Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll connect with customers that shop in our Brighton Collectible stores, our e-commerce site and who shop with our specialty retail customers that are independently owned. You will be the voice behind the brand, connecting through various digital channels, ensuring that their journey with Brighton is nothing short of amazing. You're not just solving problems; you're building relationships and making a real impact. What you'll do:
  • Digital Engagement:
    Interact with customers via email, in a tech-savvy, modern way.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Tackle customer inquiries and issues with innovation and efficiency.
  • Product Mastery:
    Become a Brighton product expert and guide customers to their perfect style.
  • Feedback Loop:
    Collect and share valuable customer insights to help us continually improve. Who we're looking for:
  • Empathetic communicator: You don't just write to respond; you empathize and have the ability to connect with words and can express them effortlessly.
  • Professional Communication:
    Articulate, experience communicating in a thoughtful, kind manner that fits our culture.
  • Customer-Centric:
    You're obsessed with customer satisfaction and can turn any situation into a positive experience. You're compassionate, understanding, friendly, happy, and efficient to help find the answers with the utmost satisfaction.
  • Digital Experience:
    You're comfortable with digital tools, such as Zendesk and Shopify and the fast-paced world of online customer service.
  • 2+ years in a customer‑facing role; experience in online or e‑commerce support is a plus.
