Pay Rate:
$57•73 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED)•Mild/Moderate to join a school district near Emeryville, CA. This position will support students in grades 1-5 in a Resource Classroom , with the possibility of supporting grades 6-8 beginning in December . Caseload & Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 28 students Provide specialized instruction and academic support Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and school staff Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals Schedule Monday-Friday 8:15 AM-3:15 PM 30-minute lunch break 32.5 hours per week Requirements California Special Education credential required Mild/Moderate Education Specialist credential required Previous school-based special education experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting student success Why Join Us?
