California Special Education Credential Position Overview We are hiring two Special Education Teachers to join an elementary & middle school team in Greenfield, California. This is a full-time opportunity supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities throughout the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, dependable educator who is passionate about helping students reach their academic, behavioral, and developmental goals. Key Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to elementary & middle school students with mild to moderate disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Create engaging lessons that meet students' individual learning needs. Modify and adapt curriculum and instructional materials as appropriate. Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school team meetings. Establish a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and administrators. Qualifications Valid California Special Education teaching credential required. Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities preferred. Elementary/or Middle school experience is preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary school team. Commitment to supporting student success and individualized learning.
