Job Description

Who we are: Here at ILearn Education we are building visions and shaping the future for our students. We are equipping our students with the needed skills to become active and essential innovators in a modernizing world. We do this by empowering every student to be a confident and effective communicator through our personalized lesson planning by an experienced teaching staff. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for 3rd through 5th Grade to inspire and educate young learners. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering growth and development in a nurturing, supportive environment.
What you will do:
Develop and implement fun and engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Ensuring students develop essential reading skills comprehension. Provide foundational instruction in literacy to meet the diverse needs of young students. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, strengths, and areas for growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and enrich the educational program. Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Minimum 1 year in a formal teaching role (excluding substitute teaching) Available to work weekday evenings and Saturdays Proven experience in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and individualized support. Teaching credential preferred.

$25 $45 per hour based on level of experience and qualifications
