Part Time Special Needs Teacher, Flexible Schedule

Overview:

Armenta Learning Academy is a small private tutoring academy that has been serving families in Orange County for over 40 years. We work with students one on one and in very small groups, including kids with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and learning challenges. We are building our roster of experienced tutors and behavior support specialists. This is not a set schedule position. We match tutors to students based on availability and fit, and reach out when we have a good match for you. This is ideal for you if: You have experience with special needs kids and want flexible meaningful work on your own schedule You are a former teacher, paraprofessional, ABA therapist, or behavior tech looking for something part time You want to make a real difference without the grind of a full time classroom What you bring: Experience with autism, ADHD, or learning differences Background in ABA, behavior support, or special education preferred Patient, warm, and confident managing challenging behaviors Reliable and communicative

Pay:

$24 to $33 per hour depending on experience
