This full-time contract assignment, based in the National City area, runs through June 3, 2027, and focuses on providing essential instruction and support to students in Transitional Kindergarten through 2nd grade in a Structured Development Class (SDC). With a manageable caseload of no more than 14 students and assistance from two dedicated paraprofessionals, you can focus on delivering meaningful instruction tailored to diverse learning needs. Desired Qualifications:

Valid and active California Mild/Moderate Special Education Teaching Credential (required) Experience teaching students in TK-2 or early elementary grades is preferred Familiarity with Structured Development Classrooms (SDC) a plus Ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with paraprofessionals and support staff
