Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that adhere to Montessori standards and support individual learning styles Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages independence, respect, and social-emotional growth Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective behavior management Assess student progress through observations, assessments, and standardized testing when appropriate Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's developmental needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services Maintain accurate records of student development, lesson plans, and classroom activities Incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and other core subjects into daily lessons to promote holistic growth Qualifications Valid Montessori teaching certification or equivalent early childhood education credentials Proven classroom management experience in preschool or daycare settings Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early intervention and special education Experience with curriculum development tailored to toddlers and preschool-aged children Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for young learners Prior experience working in private schools or daycare environments is preferred Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their welfare and lifelong learning Embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise transforms young minds!
