Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by providing trauma-informed services to those affected by sexual violence. What You'll Do Perform statistical and enrollment documentation through data entry in Coalition databases. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal documentation standards. Conduct enrollment and referrals for insurance and community programs on behalf of clients. Verify eligibility and verification checks with clients and providers to ensure service access. Track referral outcomes and update client records accordingly. Prepare invoices and billing documentation by generating reports in Coalition databases. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to invoice agencies holding purchase orders. Collaborate with internal and external care providers to secure and coordinate service provision. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations. What You'll Need to
Succeed Education and Certification:
High school diploma or GED required. Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Counselor certification (training provided).
LGBTQ+ 101
Training (must be completed within six months of hire; training provided).
Skills:
Experience with data entry and client management databases. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault. Familiarity with insurance enrollment, program referrals, or social services. Experience with Mac OS and cloud-based client management platforms. Prior experience in a nonprofit or social services environment.
Physical and Social Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Approximately 100% of the workday is spent sitting. Communication activities include listening (10%) and talking (10%). 80% of time involves electronic communication (email, database systems). Equipment used includes Mac OS computers and cloud-based client management databases. No special physical demands; no lifting or carrying required. No unusual physical skills or efforts required. No weekend or evening work required; schedule is flexible within Monday-Thursday business hours.
