Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher (SDC) to join our team in Redding, CA for our TK-K School Campus . Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. Provide direct, individualized, and small-group instruction using modified teaching methods and materials to meet diverse needs Modify lessons, assignments, and curriculum to make them accessible and appropriate for students with disabilities Work with parents, general education teachers, school counselors, speech therapists, and other support staff to create comprehensive intervention plans and ensure smooth integration into the general education environment Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a cohesive approach to student development. Qualifications!
