What you'll bring: Valid credential or certification to teach Deaf/Hard of Hearing students Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting, supporting students with hearing needs Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, families, and students Commitment to in-person support; virtual services are not considered for this position Flexibility to work 2 hours per week and openness to possible schedule adjustments What your week will look like: Provide direct instruction and support to a caseload of 2 students with hearing differences Develop and implement individualized educational strategies in alignment with each student's goals Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment Track student progress and contribute to educational planning Maintain confidentiality and advocate for student needs within the school setting This role offers the opportunity to deliver highly personalized support, making a noticeable difference in the educational journey of each student you serve.
