Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction and supervision of the Principal and the Director of Special Education, the Education Specialist will plan and carry out an effective educational program that will maximize learning for all students and contribute to their development into confident, competent and creative learners. • Possess a valid California Special Education teaching credential: California Special Education Credential, area of Mild/Moderate or Extensive Needs
• Two years-experience in Special Education (preferred)
• CLAD/BCLAD/CTEL or equivalent, including EL Authorization

• CPR and First Aid certification highly desirable.
