Seeking a highly experienced senior compliance professional for a strategic role with significant organizational impact. As a Principal Healthcare Compliance advisor you will serve as the primary consultant for multiple business units, advising on and developing policy, guidelines, and training for complex risk areas. This role holds full strategic responsibility for understanding business priorities and advising across the compliance ecosystem. You will proactively research evolving regulations, influence the development of long-range plans and overall objectives for Genentech, and represent the department on high-impact cross-functional committees. Decisions in this role have a significant impact. You will lead or participate in complex projects and challenge the status quo to address difficult problems.
The Opportunity Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a primary consultant and point-of-contact for compliance questions Developing relationships and providing guidance across functions Maintaining expertise in healthcare compliance legislation and industry practices Advising Roche global partners on US changes and Genentech's strategy Leading or participating in large, complex cross-functional projects Who You Are 7 or more years of work experience with JD (including 5+ direct experience) ; OR 12 or more years of work experience (including 10+ direct experience) in a legal or corporate compliance group in the bio/pharma/DIA industry advising/leading project teams in design, development and implementation of elements of a corporate compliance program or projects with significant organizational impact If you possess strong compliance acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining impeccable ethics, apply today! Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
