Now we're looking for a highly driven, dynamic Studio Manager to lead our first pre-sale with passion, establish and grow our member base, and cultivate a studio environment that feels as empowering as it is elite. The Role The Rossmoor-Seal Beach Lead Educator embodies the highest standards of Pilates Addiction teaching. They demonstrate mastery of the Pilates Addiction Experience, act as mentors to fellow educators, and serve as leaders within their studio. In addition to teaching exceptional classes, Lead Educators provide guidance, audits, and support to ensure consistent delivery of the Pilates Addiction brand. Currently, while in pre-sale we are looking for someone who enjoys spreading the word in the community through grassroots and events, while helping to recruit and build our Educator Launch team for a late fall launch. This role is ideal for someone who is a hustler, thrives on connection, is passionate, embraces accountability, and knows how to sell a dream (until we open)! Key Responsibilities Teaching Excellence Deliver deeply challenging, high-energy routines using all four apparatuses and WundaCore props. Demonstrate mastery of repertoire, variations, and layers with excellent flow and pacing. Lead classes that integrate all seven key set-ups (supine, seated, kneeling, standing, side lying, spinal flexion, spinal rotation), with extension/prone as possible bonus work. Provide intelligent modifications for injuries, pregnancy, and client needs. Cue from the inside out, emphasizing anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement. Use tactile 2-point touch cues consistently to refine client form and alignment. Explore and communicate anatomy/biomechanics themes to empower client self-awareness. Leadership & Mentorship Provide monitored hours, class observations, and audits for fellow educators. Mentor Educators in Training (EITs), modeling teaching mastery and professional growth. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuing education. Lead with positivity, professionalism, and a growth mindset, cultivating a supportive team culture. Take classes from fellow educators regularly to support team collaboration. Client Experience Deliver an excellent, welcoming experience on and off the teaching floor. Communicate clearly, avoiding superficial language or "dirty words," and maintain focus on whole-body integration. Connect biomechanical insights to functional daily movement, enhancing client education and empowerment. Qualifications & Requirements Pilates Addiction/WundaBar certification
• preferred, or other Comprehensive Certification will be evaluated Minimum 2 years and 500+ group Reformer classes taught . Confidence in teaching pregnancy privates. Current CPR certification. Recommended as a Lead Educator by at least two fellow educators. Successful completion of the Lead Educator Test Up , evaluated by a Master Educator. Growth & Development Act as a resource for advanced programming, modifications, and educator support. Stay engaged in continuing education and industry best practices. Pursue recommended reading and optional advanced workshops (resources available through Pilates Addiction HQ). Key Attributes Mastery of inside-out cueing and ability to create unique, effective cues. Deep anatomical and biomechanical knowledge, with ability to translate for clients. Exemplary professionalism, punctuality, and consistency. Proven leader and mentor, representing the gold standard of Pilates Addiction education.
