Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers and special education staff with instructional support and classroom management Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, ensuring individualized attention Help with preparing materials and organizing classroom activities Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans under guidance Encourage positive student behavior and foster a safe, inclusive environment Participate in meetings or training sessions as requested
