Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Bachelor's degree is required. Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification with appropriate endorsements: Early Childhood Special Ed Endorsement for Grades P3-2 Special Education Generalist, Educationally Handicapped, Trainable Child, Teacher Severe Needs, or relevant category based on caseload (Affective Needs, Autism, Cross Categorical, Functional Academics, Severe Needs/Life Skills). Proven experience working in a school district with students on the autism spectrum. Must fulfill district requirements for background checks and fingerprinting. Flexibility to teach various caseloads; final assignments will be communicated as classrooms are organized.

Role and Responsibilities:

Design and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs. Deliver engaging instruction across diverse learning abilities. Collaborate with school staff, specialists, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
