Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Special Education Teacher (documentation required upon application) Experience working with students requiring significant supports preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with colleagues, families, and support staff Empathy, patience, and dedication to the progress of every student Flexibility in adapting to student and classroom needsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver differentiated instruction to a caseload of five students, ensuring goals in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) are met Develop and implement customized learning and behavior management strategies Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including paraprofessionals and related service providers Maintain up-to-date records on student progress and compliance with special education regulations Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture where every learner feels valuedWhat Awaits You:
