We specialize in supporting neurodivergent and diverse learners through individualized educational support, executive functioning coaching, social-emotional learning, assessments, homeschool support, and school partnerships.
Our students include learners with:
ADHD Autism Dyslexia Executive functioning challenges Emotional disabilities Severe and complex needs IEPs and 504 plans Twice-exceptional profiles We believe in a compassionate, mindful, whole-child approach that prioritizes relationships, trust, and meaningful growth. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Special Education Teachers and Learning Specialists to provide individualized academic and social-emotional support for students across the Front Range. This is an ideal role for educators who are looking for: Flexible part-time work Meaningful one-on-one teaching Smaller caseloads Freedom to individualize instruction Supportive leadership Work outside the traditional classroom environment Our coaches work with students in homes, libraries, schools, community settings, and virtually, depending on student needs and coach preference. Schedule Flexible part-time daytime, after school, and weekend hours available School-year and summer opportunities available Coaches help build schedules that fit their availability Compensation Starting at $45+/hour depending on experience and assignment Competitive contractor rates Flexible caseload opportunities Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction and support Support students with academic, executive functioning, SEL, and IEP goals Collaborate professionally with families, schools, and the Hopkins team Create engaging, individualized learning experiences Maintain clear communication and session documentation Build positive, supportive relationships with students and families Qualifications Current teaching license with Special Education endorsement (Colorado or reciprocal state) Master's degree in education or related field preferred Minimum 5 years experience supporting students Strong understanding of neurodivergent learners and individualized instruction Experience working with students with moderate to severe needs preferred Excellent communication and professionalism Compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach Familiarity with mindfulness, executive functioning, and SEL practices preferred Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Why Coaches Love Working With Hopkins Flexible scheduling Meaningful relationship-based work Supportive and collaborative leadership Ability to truly individualize instruction No large class sizes Opportunities to work creatively and compassionately Whole-child educational philosophy Diverse student populations and learning environments If you are passionate about supporting neurodivergent learners and want meaningful, flexible educational work with a strong team, we would love to hear from you.
