Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and needs Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications according to IEP guidelines Assess students' progress using both formal and informal evaluation tools Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive services Engage with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and strategies for success Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with state and federal special education regulations
