This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing specialized instruction, supporting student growth, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a highly supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with autism and other developmental disabilities. Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student goals and state standards. Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate student progress data. Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavior specialists, and general education staff. Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families and stakeholders. Support students with social, emotional, communication, and academic development. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field. Active state Special Education Teaching Credential/License. Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred. Knowledge of IEP development, behavioral supports, and special education compliance requirements. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
