The Role:

Passionate Engagement & Creative Programming We aren't just looking for someone to "fill time"—we want someone who has a deep passion for connecting with seniors through their unique life stories.

Customized Activities:

Collaborate with the Activities Director to design and lead programs specifically tailored to the cognitive needs and personal histories of our residents. Behavioral Support through

Connection:

Use your experience to engage residents during critical times, helping to prevent and manage "sundowning" episodes through redirection and purposeful activity.

One-on-One Enrichment:

Focus on deep, individual interactions that respect the dignity and warmth of every resident.

Community Integration:

Lead residents on outings and excursions to keep them active and connected to the Colorado community.

Transportation:
