Key Qualifications:
Hold (or be eligible to obtain via reciprocity) a valid Colorado Special Education License Prior experience working with elementary-age students, preferably in resource or inclusion settings Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education compliance requirements Demonstrated skills in communication, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting all aspects of the IEP process

Provide specialized instruction and individualized support aligned with students' IEPs Monitor, update, and report progress toward IEP goals Ensure all compliance requirements and necessary documentation are completed accurately and on time Collaborate closely with district staff, service providers, and parents to foster the best outcomes for each student Participate actively in evaluations and multidisciplinary team meetings as required This part-time, onsite position will have a schedule determined with district input, with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements as needed.
