Duties Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with each student's unique abilities, goals, and needs Design dynamic lesson plans incorporating curriculum development, literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills training Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Utilize learning technology and assistive devices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments
