The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and working with individuals with developmental disabilities with co-occurring mental health disorders, including paranoia, intermittent verbal outbursts, and supporting individuals through irrational thoughts..
Job Responsibilities:
  • complete daily housework, laundry, dishwashing
  • Transportation to community locations and running errands
  • promoting/modeling positive behaviors in the community and helping individual process emotions and stressful situations
Requirements:
Knowledge of behavior management strategies and behavior support plans tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent data collection skills to track progress effectively and inform intervention adjustments. Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with all team members A background in behavioral techniques are preferred, but not required; relevant certifications or training are advantageous.
Open Hours May Include:
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10am-4pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 10am-4pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday from 4p-10pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 4p-10p,
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
