This role is essential for maintaining a high quality learning environment by providing support across various classrooms ranging from infants to preschool. As a floater you will have the unique opportunity to work with different age groups, collaborate with various teachers, and ensure that every child receives the care and attention they deserve. Responsibilities Support classroom teachers in implementing daily activities and managing classroom transitions. Assist with maintaining a safe, clean and nurturing environment to ensure the health and safety of the students. Engage in age appropriate play and creative activities to foster social and cognitive development. Have the flexibility to adapt to to various classroom routines as assigned throughout the afternoon. Skills Must be at least 20 years of age Must be reliable Strong communication skills Comfortable kneeling, sitting on the floor and engaging in play both indoors and outdoors. Must clear full background check. Must pass health screening.
