We are formally seeking a highly qualified and disciplined educator to serve as a Long-Term Substitute Teacher within our specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preschool program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless implementation of individualized instructional programs designed for students with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental delays. It is imperative that the educator maintains a highly structured environment where evidence-based behavioral strategies are utilized to promote academic and social growth. You will be expected to oversee the rigorous collection of daily performance data to ensure that all instructional decisions remain aligned with each student's specific learning trajectory. Collaboration is a cornerstone of this position, requiring professional coordination with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and supportive paraprofessional staff. The role demands a professional who can balance a nurturing, age-appropriate pedagogical approach with the technical requirements of behavioral science. Exceptional communication skills are required to provide families with formal updates regarding their child's progress and classroom transitions.
