Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide differentiated instruction to students in grades K-3, adapting lessons to suit multiple ability levels Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to address each student's unique needs Collaborate closely with three classroom paraprofessionals, ensuring cohesive support for all learners Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere Utilize evidence-based strategies to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth Document progress, prepare regular reports, and communicate with families and multidisciplinary teams
