Healthcare Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist Southwest Florida (Remote with Limited Onsite Requirements) ____________________________________________________________________________________________ SHS is a boutique healthcare recruiting firm specializing in permanent placement of physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and allied health professionals nationwide. We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to support recruiting efforts by building and maintaining candidate pipelines for high-demand roles. This role offers a potential path into a full-desk recruiting position for strong performers. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Details Reports directly to the President of the company Full-time, permanent (W-2), salaried (exempt) Primarily Monday through Friday Remote role; candidates must reside in Southwest Florida due to periodic in-person meetings and team collaboration ____________________________________________________________________________________________ What You'll Do This role is heavily focused on pipeline building, organization, and speed : Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and from within our Salesforce CRM Review inbound applicants and determine basic fit Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with candidates Schedule calls/interviews for hiring managers Enter/update candidates into our Salesforce CRM Build candidate profiles for client submittal after hiring manager interviews Maintain and update job postings across platforms Update weekly client reports and internal trackers Support vendor relationships (Indeed, LinkedIn, niche boards) ____________________________________________________________________________________________ First 90

What Success Looks Like This role requires the ability to independently evaluate candidates, prioritize workflow, and make judgment calls throughout the recruiting process. While training is provided, candidates are expected to ramp up quickly. Within the first 90 days, candidates are expected to demonstrate: Ability to quickly manage a full daily workflow independently (applications, outreach, follow-ups, sourcing) Exceptional attention to detail, with near-perfect accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and data entry. Given the legal and reputational risks inherent in healthcare recruiting, precision is critical. Repeated errors are not acceptable in this role. Strong pipeline generation through consistent, high-volume activity Timely, responsive communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders Candidates who are unable to meet these expectations within the first 90 days will not be considered a fit for the role and may not continue in the position. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ What We're Looking For (Must-Haves) Prior healthcare exposure and familiarity with industry terminology as it pertains to disciplines, specialties, procedures, education requirements, certifications, etc. Strong experience with computers, systems, and fast-paced data entry High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Windows Intermediate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of details Nice to Have (Not Required) Some level of direct exposure to recruiting, sourcing, or HR Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Database, and ATS/CRM Familiarity with Boolean search techniques for identifying hard-to-find candidates ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Work Environment Remote ; however, must be based in Southwest Florida for occasional in-person meetings Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment suitable for frequent phone and virtual meetings Must have reliable high-speed internet capable of supporting high-bandwidth virtual meetings Light travel may be required for conference/trade show attendance Computer/equipment necessary for this position will be provided by SHS at no cost ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Growth Opportunity This role provides a clear growth track into a full-cycle recruiter position. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background and reference checks. Base salary is fixed; commission structures may be adjusted over time to align with business needs and performance. Job duties and responsibilities may be modified as needed based on business requirements.
