Our program emphasizes developmentally appropriate activities that promote active learning through play, ensuring each child's unique potential is nurtured within a safe and attentive setting. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead 3 Year Old Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curriculum plans, and foster a positive learning environment for young children. Your expertise in early childhood education and child development will inspire curiosity, support growth, and build strong relationships with children and their families. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to 3-year-olds, incorporating literacy education, math, physical activity, and social-emotional learning. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and active participation. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management strategies to promote cooperation and respect. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering collaborative relationships. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child development progress. Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs. Lead classroom activities that promote childhood development, including motor skills, language acquisition, and social skills. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting. Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in childhood development or special education is a plus.
