In this dynamic role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a nurturing classroom environment, and support the developmental milestones of preschool children. Your passion for early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for children's future academic success and social-emotional well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management. Deliver engaging lessons that promote childhood development, including language skills, social skills, and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, orderliness, and active participation from all students. Assess student progress through observations and standardized testing; tailor instruction to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and support child welfare initiatives. Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements. Skills Proven experience in preschool or daycare settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and special education techniques. Skilled in classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and foster a respectful learning environment. Knowledge of Montessori methods and experience working with toddlers or young children with diverse needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Ability to implement early intervention techniques and adapt lessons for children requiring additional support.
