Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Florida ESE certification required Experience as a special education teacher, especially with elementary grades Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilitiesResponsibilities:
Teach and support a self-contained classroom of 2nd and 3rd grade students with special needs Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to diverse learning requirements Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and families to deliver cohesive support Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and IEP documentation Foster a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment for every studentBenefits:
