Pardes Day School is seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative educator who fosters a positive classroom culture, builds strong relationships with students and families, and differentiates instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons in General Studies. Create a warm, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs. Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback. Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff. Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into daily instruction. Support the school's mission and commitment to Jewish values. Participate in school events, professional development, and faculty meetings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while collaborating with a dynamic team of educators and specialists. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in special education settings is essential; experience with private schools or Montessori environments is a plus. Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to manage behavior through behavioral health techniques and behavioral therapy methods. Passion for helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
