We serve students in small classroom settings through hands-on, project-based learning that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of every child. Our students include neurotypical learners as well as children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and other unique learning needs. No teaching experience? No problem! What You'll Do Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Lead hands-on lessons, projects, games, and enrichment activities. Support students academically, socially, and emotionally. Build positive relationships with students and families. Encourage independence, confidence, and problem-solving. Implement classroom routines and behavior support strategies. Supervise indoor learning, outdoor activities, and community-based experiences. Maintain attendance and classroom documentation. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school leadership. Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
